Cosmo celebrates Chinese New Year

The popular Chinese Buffet Restaurant, Cosmo, in Seaside Road celebrated the Chinese New Year in style last week. Special guest Stephen Lloyd, who opened the Eastbourne Cosmo restaurant five years ago, was there.
Stephen said: "It was a real pleasure to join the manager Mr Leong and his staff in wishing them an auspicious New Year. When I opened their first restaurant in 2003 who could have guessed they would expand across the South East so quickly. Their chain of restaurants is now at seven with another two coming on stream soon. In Eastbourne, Cosmo fulfils an important role in the ongoing regeneration of Seaside Road."
Cosmo manager Mr Leung added: "I appreciate Stephen Lloyd taking time out to join us in our New Year celebrations. This is the Year of the Rat and as in Chinese astrological terms the Rat is at the top of the animal hierarchy, I believe we can all look forward to a prosperous and successful twelve months. Gong Xi Fa Cai to all our customers in Eastbourne."
